MRLC

The Korea-China Market and Regulatory Law Center ("MRLC") was established for the purpose of co-researching the competition law and intellectual property law of Korea and China and contributing to policy formation.

It is especially meaningful in that it is the first institute of law that is jointly established and operated between Korea and China university research institutes leading intellectual property law and competition law research.

With the establishment of this joint research center, the ICR Center will actively promote academic exchanges between Korea and China and contribute to the sound development of both countries' jurisprudence.
