[Seminar] Regulation on unfair transactions in Northeast Asia applied to superior position abuse

Following a seminar on the status quo and the issues of the regulation on superior position abuse in Korea and Japan, ICR law center held an unfair transactions seminar series II - regulation on unfair transactions in Northeast Asia applied to superior position abuse in Sejong Center Yaein hall. This Seminar spotlights Japan, Taiwan and especially China case which lately preannounced that it would introduce the regulation law on superior position abuse and searches of the development direction in regulation on unfair transactions in Korea.
