The 6th Rising Scholar Conference and the 4th Paper Contest for Graduate/Undergraduate Students Awards Ceremony

On November 4th, the ICR Center held The 6th Rising Scholar Conference and the 4th Paper Contest for Graduate/Undergraduate Students Awards Ceremony.

 

The Rising Scholar Conference is an annual and meaningful academic conference to encourage the scholars who newly received his or her doctoral degrees to have successful academic careers in the future. At the conference, two specialists, KIM Pan Ki Ph.D. and Park Jeong Yeon, Ph.D. delivered valuable and inspirational lectures. KIM, research professor at the ICR center, gave a lecture focused on ‘Basic Legal Issues in Establishing a Legal Framework for Administrative Contracts’ and Park, researcher at Ewha Womans Univ., gave a speech on ‘The Elderly Care Services by the Private Sector and the Roles of the State’.

 

The ICR Center’s annual Paper Contest for Graduate/Undergraduate Students is designed to find a way to solve our social and economic problems by means of legal studies and to promote the innovative capabilities of graduate/undergraduate students. The ICR Center have selected  6 top-notch theses statements and the contest-winners’ presentations and awards ceremony was held after the Rising Scholar Conference. The ICR Center is planning to develop the annual contest, encouraging outstanding students interested in legal studies henceforth.
